Job Description
- Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment, retention processes
- Conduct pre-screening, interviews and manage on-boarding process
- Recruit and source an inventory of qualified and talented candidates
- Assist in maintaining HR information System / Manpower Management
- Generating reports as required.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in HRM , Management ,Psychology, Accounting, Economy, min GPA>3.0
- Good interpersonal skills, good skills, high analytical skills & fast learner
- Computer literate in using MS Office
- Excellent at giving presentations

- Diploma degree from reputable university with good academic performance
- Majoring: Civil Engineering
