Responsibilities:
- Develop compensation and benefit schemes and control the implementation process in supporting the company's business
- Monitor the implementation of employee payroll process, both at headquarters and branch
- Ensuring payroll system up to date according to government regulations
Requirements:
- Education min S1 in any discipline
- Min 3 years experience in the same field at the position of Supervisor or 1 year in the position of Assistant Manager
- Understand the government regulations on employment and outsourcing
- Mastering Computer min MS Office programs
